All I want to do is cancel a standing order . I used to have this facility on my mobile banking but since the system upgrade it's no longer available on my mobile. Every time I ring I get the answer machine telling me there's no one available. Live chat no help either. What do you have to do to speak to someone here! SO FRUSTRATING! Stressed out now , thanks for nothing co op Sheffield!

No answer the phone or have a answering machine and when you go to the counter the ask you to to go and wait in another line as the staff go for a break and no one cover her desk
