Lovely place, nipped in for a glass of wine and a coffee - but the food looked amazing!The staff were all very friendly and polite, will definitely return to try their food!
Brunch is recommended! Waiter there is great! Can't do enough for you. Greek chap. Polite courteous. Classy service and the food is delish!
I'd never been to a Brown's restaurant before when I came here during the Christmas period for the festive menu. The place was rammed (expectedly) but I was surprised they didn't have a separate entrance for the restaurant as we had to battle our way through a sea of people. The waiting staff were very friendly and helpful, however, the concierge staff left more to be desired. The food was pretty average considering the steep prices, the only redeeming part of the meal was the Christmas pudding desert which was delicious. I'd only go here again during the lunch time period where the menu may be a little cheaper.
Service and atmosphere very good. Food is good depending on what you like. Ideal for Christmas parties or intimate gatherings as it can be quite crowded at times but it's lovely and warm. Prices are more expensive than your average wetherspoons for example but not too bad at all. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Had a very enjoyable evening, our server Eliot was excellent and added to our enjoyment showing great customer service and professionalism. One point of feedback would be to add custard to the menu. Will certainly return.
