Highly disappointed with my gel manicure. The top layer of my nails was ruined during the removal of my previous polish, which was admittedly difficult to remove but not impossible, due to the use of a cuticle pusher to scratch it off. Cuticles were not cut, poor selection of colours, and dim lighting so couldn't see colours properly, and finally and most disappointingly I left with a large dent in what was considered a finished nail (see picture). Luckily I hadn't paid the full price for this treatment (25) and wouldn't recommend anyone else does either. A massive shame because Lee, the technician, was lovely.
Cancelled my appointment after I travelled 1 hour through traffic. Got to the salon and the appointment was cancelled. Yet two hairdressees were sat doing nothing. Poor service.
Couldn't wait to write a review, I'm currently getting cryolipolisis now and already this place is amazing!The customer service and the information is outstanding. It's not the slightest bit painful in fact I'm in a comfy bed and could nap right now. I live in Bradford which is a good hour and half away but I will gladly travel here again
Had my nails done and thoroughly felt pampered by the stylist. I was educated on how important nails are and the upkeep very friendly very nice service. Smiles and a positive clean environment. Defo a must go
