Returned to cycling after 20 year and needed some expert help with my bike wheels truing,new cassette (I'm sure our hills have got steeper) and chain having looked on the net I decided to have a phone around. The price was excellent not worth using the net for the parts. So took my bike in for the work. Bike don't on schedule and under the price quoted couldn't be happier. Excellent service and advice.
Proper bike nerds and expert mechanics, willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Their advice, expertise, and patience proved invaluable in working out how to meet my (slightly awkward) requirements. They made sure that we stayed within my budget and got the bike, which I'm completely in love with, ready in time for a trip that I had booked. Bosch the dog is a very good boy and if you go to the shop please say hello to him from me.
Have used them many times. Always helpful and honest. On more than one occasion they talked me out of upgrades that, in their opinion, I didn't need. Servicing had always been excellent as have wheel/spoke repairs. They didn't want paying for a quick wheel trying, so I bought some stuff I didn't need (well, as much as you ever 'need' extra bike goodies). Can't recommend them highly enough.
