Expensive and very slow
Rude. I went to get my car washed and I had never been before. I didnt know where I was going so I asked some of the staff and they all pointed in different directions. I then started driving around whilst they were all laughing at me. I then wound down my window and drove to the welcome desk for a guy to come over and shout over here. I then asked him where am I supposed to be going please? And he snapped back and said I told you just park the car and give me the keys?! He was very rude and for my first time trying this place I was super taken aback and shocked that the car wash working along side Tesco could be so poorly run. Avoiding.
I waited a very long time for this car wash to open because my dog always makes a mess in the car and luckily it was a very good service. I recommend it. Keep up the good work guys!
My daughter paid 15 today for a silver valet service on her mini. Left it for an hour which was no problem as we shopped in the store and had a lunch in the caf. I wanted to complain as i do not feel that for 15 the inside was as it should have been cleaned, as advertised. Under the mat on the drivers side the carpet hadn't been hoovered or whatever is used to clean a floor of a car!! It was still covered in "bits" as it was before. There was still mud showing on the upholstery. As she is 9 months pregnant, today is her due date she just wanted to get home as she had fresh and frozen food in bags. She didn't want me to say anything. Shame as the car wash before it closed recently did an excellent job even for a Silver service, which i had used several times. The "manager" always wanted you to check it was ok and even unloaded your shopping into car boot and took the trolley s back to the area where they are stored. Maybe just a "blip" will see when i next use it. Just a bit disappointed, but there are more important things going on in the world just now !!!
