Good shop with some great bargains. Their range of Calibre bikes are fantastic VFM. Take the Two Cubed mountain bike and it would cost you nearly twice as much if you just bought the parts and assembled it. By one quick before they go bust or put up the prices. The tills are a joke as theres only two. I bought my bike on Saturday and have had no contact from the shop to say its been PDI and ready for collection, tomorrows Wednesday and I want to pick it up Thursday.
Shambolic and tatty.Sweaty staff greet you on entry - not a good start!Point of sale labelling all over the place.No clear product differentiation and explanation of differences between a 20 product and a 200 product.Unable to locate product in brochure posted to me despite staff "assistance".Huge gap between marketing and realtityChanging rooms like something from the 1970's. Horrid experience. Never again.
Fantastic shop, pleasant staff, nice car park, good spacious changing rooms. My only qualm is the outrageous pricing, my tip is wait for the summer / winter sales where you can pick up a bargain. Pro tip; walking gear is not a fashion item, you dont need this years current model when last years is a third of the price.
BEWARE !!! The Discount card GO OUTDOORS charge you 5 for is worthless and worth nothing as soon as you leave the store . THEY CONFESSED to this via Email. It is no good for orders online or nothing. I have their email CONFESSIONS. STAY CLEAR OF THEM who will take your fiver and then tell you to **** *** when you try to buy anything else with it. I tried to use the card and it was rejected over 20 times of trying.READ THE HUNDREDS OF REVIEWS about them Mainly about the Worthless Card they charge us a fiver for. Police, trading standards, consumer protection all now been contacted. Rogue Traders from BBC calling me back to name and shame them. Help us stamp out their worthless card scam.
