The WORLD's WORST UNIVERSITY HEALTH CENTRE. I am suffering from severe Vitamin-D deficiency since Oct 2017. They prescribed me a very high dose medicine 9 months back and still it did not increase my Vitamin-D. Again they prescribed me the same medicine 2 months back.
2 months ago I went there and told my GP I had severe insomnia and depression . However, he said he was not able to provide any medication for me... it wasted my 60 minutes ( mostly waiting in the health service and waiting for my turn)I have booked an appointment 1 month in advance, afterwards, after the long waiting, I have gained such a useless advice from GP.Feel speechless and wonder why I paid loads of money to NHS?
the GP services are excellent. However, you guys your new over the phone booking system sucks for dyslexic or other people! we cannot understand the time like other people do! it took me ages to book an appointment, as my brain cannot process the time other than in digital form. It would be more user friendly if you change this and just say your appointment is at 10:40 am.

The care I've received from UHS so far has been fantastic-caring, kind and responsive to questions and ideas. All the doctors I've seen have been professional and knowledgable, as have the practice nurses and health care assistants. The reception staff are lovely, friendly and super-helpful: I'm saddened to see the negative reviews, but I think UHS has been brilliant. It is quite difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but this is the case in any GP surgery!
