Called today for brightly coloured bouquet to be delivered to my daughter at work in Sheffield. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and understanding. I chose online the tribute I wanted for a friend's funeral and spoke to a nice gentleman who took all the details and was so patient and understanding when I became emotional. I had to call to change the message on the card the next day and he was very helpful. A photo of the actual spray was emailed to me with confirmation of the time of delivery as I couldn't attend the funeral. The spray looked lovely - thank you to Townend Florist who made a sad day easier to bear.
Ordered online as on holiday. I didn't see the flowers but recipient said they were beautuful. Even received email to say where they had been left as no-one in and neighbour out. Would definitely use again
