Were do i start...First of all i would like to start this script of with how vile of a man michael fog is..In my past experience with this man we uses him for my grandads funeral which was about 7year ago it was the first death in our family so we as a family just went on first funeral director that was close by and ubfortunaly this uncaring company came up..We was lead to belive this man was ok buf when it came to visting my grandad he was telling the family horrid stuff on my grandad ti put us of seeing him in is chapel,but like i say was us first death so we went along with this vile mans words and none of us went to see my grandad before we laid him to rest as was told bluntly he ad black stuff coming out of is mouth which is enough to put anybody of seeing anyone and it did us,Time passes an i hear more stuff meaning he as told a lot of people horrid stuff to stop them seeing there love ones before they laid to rest,Reason been hes got no love or compassion in is job..I ring last week to see my aunty to been greeted with words of "does tha know how long she been dead" wow for a bussiness man to speak like that down a phone..i answered him with yes i did know how long my aunti had been dead which was three weeks to the day i rang him to visit her..After few words and him trying to put me of from visting like he does as explained overleaf he then told me i was barred from is chapel my husband rang back and then we was told for me to see her he would want another 300 pound to embalmed her body "Again this should be done in the price" which i said to him but he was having none of it..I would never recomend such a heartless man who is in the wrong job..I will carry on persuing my journey with this man as since i started lettin people know what he like on social media 19 people have come forward with previous experience with him..So again MICHAEL FOGG U VILE MAN i await your response..
We used Michael for my husbands funeral he and his team are absolutely so caring and helpful at such a really bad and sudden experience we as a family can not say a bad word about the place they are as helpfully and caring and honest as cud ever be I would recommend him to everyone thank you so so much at this awful time xxxxx

There arent enough stars for me to rate the caring kind compassionate and professional service I received from Michael and his team. They went above and beyond in our familys opinion and helped and guided us through what was a very difficult time . I would certainly use again without hesitation should I unfortunately loose someone I love very much. Thank you to all concerned
I would NEVER recommend these insensitive funeral directors!! My dad asked them to arrange my mums funeral. I rang them 10 days after her passing to ask politely if a date had been set - I live in Cornwall and needed to arrange flights. The next day they rang my dad with a date and told him that I was a pushy person who wouldnt let it go. This was after one phone 10 days to find out if a date had been set. I called them to complain about Mr Foggs comments to my dad and left a message with a lady who apologised for his comments but he never had the courtesy or courage to ring me and answer to his rudeness. Definitely not the actions of a caring and sensitive Funeral Directors!
