Love Pandora having said that I find it easier to look on line so I know exactly what I am going in for. Some items are in display windows round the shop everything else is tucked away in drawers with no hint at how much things are priced at . The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and jewellery care
There are better jewellery stores. Have bought silver all my life and have never had issues with it turning black until I decided to buy some from Pandora. Never again.The jewellery rings bought as a gift for my daughter for a Christmas present from their store, was in its box for 6 weeks upto Christmas, upon opening it up, it was black! We also had a bracelet and charms which had also started blackening. We returned them and eventually got a refund. Would never buy from here again.
Very pleasant and helpful, only had my ring for 3 months when it lost a stone, they exchanged it straight away without question.
