Cannot praise this laundry service enough. Fabulous, professional, friendly service. I used the collection and delivery service, which is free! (Not many things are these days). And they will collect and deliver to your own requirements. Sent a load of towels and bedding and a feather/down duvet. All returned next day in lovely, clean, fresh condition - and cheaper than expected, too. I'll be using Valley Cleaning again, Dawn is lovely! Don't let some of the negative reviews put you off, try it for yourself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Took a boys suit down with a few food stains.... we then collected, it had a little ticket on the suit saying the remaining stains could not be moved, the stains that are on the suit now were not there to start with.... the original food stains have gone but we now have stains all over the suit. Shame really as the suit was brand new and had only been worn once, such a waste.

I took two Linen Jackets to be cleaned at this place on 2 May. I was told that they would be ready for collection on Friday 4 May at 3:30 pm. When I went to pick the items up I was told that they were not ready as their Machine had broken down. I was not pleased about this as I was going away that weekend and made my feelings know to the proprietor who did not seem unduly concerned at my predicament. I said I would pick my cleaning up on Tuesday 8 May only to be told that they still had not been delivered. I returned on 9 May and was told that they had had a fire and they had not got my cleaning. I finally got my jackets back on Thursday but one of my jackets was missing all of its buttons. The proprietor took exception to my being displeased and told me never to go back. Needless to say, I never will and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give no stars, I would!
I had my carpets and stairs cleaned today by Jason and they look and smell great. He did a really good job, in super quick time and it was well priced - highly recommend this service. Thanks.
