Fantastic customer service from Le Bon Vin after a problem with the delivery of a bottle of wine a friend sent for my 50th birthday. They replaced the bottle rather than faffing around so I would recommend using them as a company that does the right thing.

Ordered a wine gift for delivery one week prior to Christmas. Item was never delivered. Recipients advised that no attempt was made to call or contact them and no delivery was ever made before or after Christmas.
The wines I selected have all been excellent having a real taste of true France rather than bulk produced labels. The cheaper chinon and the st Nicholas bourgueille were particularly exquisite and local in feel.
