Everytime we order they never can find us despite having gps!! Also pizza is never hot & they forgot our ice cream & waiting up to half hour to get it!! Poor customer service & delivery service!! Sort it out Dominos as West Street is killing your reputation!!
Awful delivery driver. Went to the wrong address, called me and repeatedly shouted that he was outside. (He wasn't. Because I was outside the flat)Hung up on me multiple times and screamed down the phone (literally) then blamed me for "making his pizzas cold" and "ruining his delivery". Phoned and spoke to the manager to explain the situation, he simply said "I will call you back" then hung up on me. He didn't call me back... Pizza was stone cold. No refund or fresh pizza was offered. Genuinely the worst service I have ever experienced. Absolouty awful experience. Steer well clear. Minus stars!
Excellent, even though I've never even been to Sheffield let alone Dominos, Google will allow me to review. Awesome :)
I called up and was connected to a fairly mild-mannered guy who put the phone down on me without telling me how long the delivery would take or the price. I elected not to share my debit card details in the middle of payment and the manager was extremely rude about it. The man who came to deliver my pizza parked in the middle of a street of parked cars and blocked traffic causing us to be honked and yelled at. I rarely have a good experience with this Domino's, though I will say I did order at the counter a few times and they were okay. I much prefer the Ecclesall Road one, they are lovely.
Stumbled upon this place while walking around and I was quite surprised. The food was amazing especially the pizza as they have the best pizza ever and its really very delicious. The desserts were on point. The staff are very friendly too. Definitely returning back again.
