You begged for me to take out my review in May and that you will return our money which youve returned 500 out of 900 of it in cash. However, were yet to receive the balance of 400 pound. GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY. Its been five months now since you came with me to the bank and collect my/our money cash in hand. Your treat messages to my husband saying you will get legal advise doesnt frighten me.
Called these jokers to get a quote for some insurance work, they asked for photos of the damage to which I did to save them coming out!!! I havent heard anything since. If they dont want the work then they should tell you.
I strongly would advise you to go elsewhere. This company has a criminal record of fraud and a suspended sentence given in 2016! People should be given a second chance. I knew the history. I was asked for an upfront deposit of half the total cost of the job to be made immediately via bank transfer, in order for me to be "booked in". Although I eventually received my deposit back, the work was always promised but never done or even started (thank god!) Don't bother with Carters, go to a reputable firm, do your homework, pay the extra. I'm saddened to have to give such a damning review.
