Had to queue in the freezing cold to pay at the single terminal serving the entire carpark, and have been stuck on level two for over 20 minutes because the ticket machine is broken and there are NO STAFF on site. Absolutely rubbish.
Lots of parking spaces .. safe and well lit. Right in the city centre of sheffield where parking is a nightmare.
The car park offers a secure location to store your car overnight. It's quite cheap as well considering it's in the middle of the city centre.
find another car park, Just dont even bother!
Don't book evening parking! We went to a late night show & booked parking here until 3am. Didn't read the opening times as it took my money. We came out the show only to find the car park closed & locked! Big mistake causing alot of trauma & hastle in the early hours of the morning, resulting in numerous 50mile trips to & from Nottingham. I'll park on the streets in future
