Vets are brilliant, but do have a high turn over in staff, they listen to your concerns, appear to love your dog as much as you do and act accordingly.They are also very friendly and don't try to confuse you with medical terms. I've always been offered a range of options and treatments and come away happy. Reception is also first class and very helpful. Staff in shop, friendly and knowledgeable. Don't trust the grooming. I went to collect my dog and they had cut her ear quite badly, no apologies just handed her over. Had to have more done because despite leaving strict instructions how she was to be groomed, they left her with a beard because they liked it. Idiots. The next day I had to see a vet because of the dogs ear. 60 emergency appointment because not booked, no discount because they did it and still no apology. Outrageous.

Large selection of everything you need. Brilliant rabbits got 2 rabbits from this shop and they have been brilliant. There's a vets inside the shop as well so that's handy.
Very good experience at the groom room. Our pooch was well cared for as were we while we waited for his spa groom. Very reasonably priced, extremely friendly staff in the groomers and pets at home shop floor. Was quite happy to let our daughter hold the pets for sale while answering all her questions she had.
All animals in here look in fantastic condition and happy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only reason for giving 4 not 5 is because they only stock online what I wanted to buy, not in store. Have ordered for collection next week.
