The place is clean and a decent selection of shops what lets the place down is that there are no toilet facilities.
Two entrances, disabled friendly but no toilets. Could use some more benches to rest on. Visable security patrol. First aiders. Various shops some with bargains. Parking close by, but you could use the small roof top car park and lift if it's working.
