Normally really enjoy the spa experience unfortunately not today.Too overcrowded as the sessions now overlap making it a longer wait to use the roomsAlso waited over an hour to use the tropical room as a treatments were taking place in there which is unfair to everyone else who is waiting to use the roomThe locker room had a strong smell of drains which was really off putting.Considering the price increase would expect the facilities to be of a higher standard reflecting the increase in price.
Me and my friend both had the Turkish delight spa day, we both felt relaxed from the minute we stepped in. Fantastic, attentive staff. Lunch was lovely. Therapists performed our scrubs and massages perfectly. Will definitely be back! Thankyou
Had a wonderful day today at Spa 1877 with my husband. Sauna time followed by treatments by Emma & Charlotte, great therapists. Very relaxing and I would highly recommend.
I had a wonderful pregnancy massage today. My back, neck and shoulders feel so much better and it was just what I needed before my due date. I would definitely recommend my massage therapist and Spa 1877 to anyone, pregnant or not, looking for a relaxing and pampered experience.
Charlotte took the time to explain what was involved in the massages. She was very thorough and the deep tissue back massage, was very hard getting right I to my knots. The facial massage was very very relaxing. I left Spa1877 feeling very relaxed.
