First visit here I went early just to check out the track from wheel chair to learning how to run again there was a gent from the cafe there who was so helpful if anyone visits and is requiring help you may be best popping in in the afternoon when the track is more active big respect mat
Great stadium, changing rooms could do with some tlc, but still a great track
Stadium support team very helpful in adjusting long jump and triple jump take off boards. Bar staff pleasant and provided lots of ice and water on a very hot day. Changing rooms a bit run down. Parking limited for size of site which accommodates football and athletics. Good days athletics on a nice sunny day.
