Seems to be a good set up well laid out and decent containers. A bit of a drama getting everything organised, key didn't turn up on the arranged day, when it did it fitted the lock, but the lock refused to open. Sorted another container which I was told had no lock on it and I could get straight in, it did have a lock on it, so yet another phone call. Finally got a container but had to buy my own lock. Purchased a special container lock to go under the steel box, it didn't fit!! Eventually got sorted, hopefully it's just teething problems and everything will be ok now.
Took hundreds of pounds from a credit card without asking, long after my container contract had been terminated.Absolute crooks: don't use them.
My husband has three bays at this storage facility in Sheffield. Last week was the first time we had an issue with what was offered, however, it was resolved amicably and we are happy to continue being there as it is convenient.
