Booked a holiday here and they were so helpful until it came to leaving the shop which we was left to deal with all our problems by ourselves . While booking here we did not get offered Extra leg room , did not get told what happens when we land to our first destination if we need to get our luggage and check in again for our final destination or not. We have left many many voicemails , tried to call the head office and yet we still dont have any answers to when can book our seats , how to apply for visas or our luggage situation
Ive dealt with many of the staff here and they are all wonderfully friendly and helpful. This has resulted in repeat booking and recommendations to my friends who have, in turn, had the same brilliant service.
