Amazing place, definitely recommend a visit. Great for families with kids or just big kids whom love animals. BTW the new sloth is amazing to see.
Brilliant place to visit. Went today. The animals look well looked after. We loved the tropical house and seeing the Sloth. The staff are really informative. The food is reasonably priced. Lots for everyone to do. Holly in the job was really patient when my little one was choosing a gift to take home. We will be back. Highly recommended. Well done
Brilliant place for a day out, with kids or without.Lots to see and do. Nice range of different animals and birds, not just a butterfly house, which is a mini tropical paradise! A bit warm, esp in mid summer, but great to see the tropical plants, birds and butterflies everywhere!Souvenir shop is reasonably priced.Food here was really really nice in the quaint coffee shop just before the entrance. Both myself and my partner enjoyed the cooked sandwiches and cappuccino.Really do recommend it for a day out doing sth different.
Surprising how much there is to do here. Looks smaller than it is. Loads of interesting animals to see and feed. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The talks and meet the animals are worth going to. Entry is a bit steep, especially for children (12.20 for a 3 year old!). Play areas are really good.
First time visit. What a gem of a place. So much more than butterflies. Brilliant for children although our party of 4 adults enjoyed it just as much. Can buy food to feed certain animals which I did. Trimmed up brilliantly for Christmas. Staff very informative and friendly.
