Visited on a Saturday evening and the place was half full. The staff are good but do not take any attitude. Beer (Heineken) was ok but a little bit flat. The tables were very good. Music was ok but may be offensive to some - I heard f**king n**ger in one song. Condition of the place was appalling! Carpets worn down to the rubber, 25 year old ceiling tiles stained from numerous roof leaks, mens toilets looked like they had been smashed up with only one sink in service out of three. Also graffiti everywhere in the toilets. There was a good atmosphere overall but the place needs doing up.
We lost a lot of time because of the membership thing..and we only want to have fun....and couldn't..not recomended..also the guys at the bar didn't help us .. weren't comunicative.L.E. we come from Thorne wanted to have some fun Stephan and we were in an hurry.. the time wasted counted..know that it's free..and worthless that registration only to lose time ..because take some time till we catch what we have to do because youre employees weren't communicative :(

Hi my name is Nigel Williams I came to your place yesterday to play pool the facilities there are absolutely brilliant we had a brilliant time playing pool it was nice to relax in the seats sport on telly however we were so upset with the staff there especially one woman with black hair she was doing people out of money she was overcharging people she didn't bring the drinks when we asked her to so we had no drink during a meal we didn't even have a knife and fork so we had our food by her hands after asking twice for it there is all the people in the bar getting ripped off by this woman as well so I suggest that this woman gets really reprimanded or sack because this is really not on I suffer from mental illness and she made my owners really bad on that day I really would like to come to your bar again because I really enjoy the tables the pool tables but the service was absolutely rubbish she for got a drinks twice that I had to go to the bar and ask for the drinks again I did that twice please could you sort this matter out please thank you love Nigel Williams
Good venue. Easy to find. Very busy at time. Great tablesJust the toilet's really need work.Plus I feel it's a bit expensive
