Received fantastic service from Jesse at this store, every step of my purchase was handled expertly & professionally. I have been left feeling that if I have any issue whatsoever they will be more than happy to assist me further. Also price matched Evans for pedals and fitted them too, bike fully set and ready to go. Very good customer service. Very happy customer !
My wife was involved in a cycling accident on her bike and suffered a fractured skull and a bleed on the brain , but when it came to getting the bike mended I rang the store and spoke to Lisa, when I brought the the bike in Lisa met me and remembered my name and took me to meet Pete, I chatted with Lisa while Pete looked at the bike and it felt like they cared about what had happened and they weren't just after my money!! The bike is being repaired but I have been very impressed by my initial contact with the staff, thank you for your kind, reassuring words and I think Pete will do a top job!
Went this shop and asked if they have steel framed road bikes for sale the woman who spoke to surgested that I should try a second hand store or eBay then promptly left me in the shop .. I felt insulted .. disgrace.. I see there are excellent ratings here but my experience was the later .. I will never recommend this place at all
I have been to Giant twice and have received excellent service from staff both times. Yesterday Tony took the time to help me replace my bike tyre within the store and gave me some great tips on bikes in general.
Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to fix my bike quickly and at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommend, excellent service
