I took my car in following a problem when turning with full lock on the steering wheel. Also I asked the to look at the brakes as well. DSA auto centre has been extremely helpful every step of the way. They phoned and explained everything that was wrong and even pointed out my MOT was due soon. The price was very reasonable for everything doing. I highly recommend DSA. Fantastic service, a good price and friendly staff.
I recently brought in my MINI John Cooper Works for a new set of brembo discs and pads and was very impressed. Sarah is incredibly helpful and professional and DSA provided me with a courtesy car whilst the work was being carried out. This was all completed within a few hours and I had a courtesy call to say the work had been completed as well as a free healthcheck. I will definitely be returning to DSA for my next MINI service, set of tyres and MOT when it's due. Thank you.

Very friendly service. Mark and Toni couldn't have been more helpful. However, my vehicle was put back together very poorly by the mechanic after having a new clutch fitted, resulting in numerous things needing to be remedied afterwards. To be fair, Mark was amazing and did everything he could to put things right. Sadly, the car still isn't right. For example, every so often the gear linkage will pop out due to it not being refitted properly, resulting in the loss of all gears. Yes, I can get under the bonnet, pop the linkage back in and carry on driving, but it's left me with an unreliable vehicle that now drives like a bag of nails, feeling loose and noisy the clutch, although new, feels dreadful. Although unhappy with the issues I experienced, I gave DSA my custom again when the timing belt needed changing. I did this purely because of Mark's customer service. I've been very happy (so far) with the latter work. My rating is for the earlier clutch job which I feel has ruined my vehicle. It's no reflection on the timing belt work or on Mark's customer service. Mark would no doubt continue to offer to check my vehicle over, but it's all time and money I can I'll afford so while ever the vehicle drives (albeit like a bag of nails) I guess I'll have to live with it. Not 100% happy though.

I was provided with a detailed explanation of my cars faults, following which I was able to confirm the necessary repairs. My car has never driven better. (And it was washed/ wow) Thanks guys.
