I am a brand new customer of Industrial Autos and therefor have no history. 12 days ago my car died under me! It was transported to the garage where Lee and I decided it was not worth the expensive repair and that I required a new car. I am (a single lady of ideterminate age !) and am now admiring a shiny new car in my driveway. This transaction has been carried out entirely by Lee. I have been astonished and totally amazed by the care and kindness afforded me by Lee. (Going off piste, I can only say that he is a sweetheart !)5 stars doesnt do this business justice and should be more broadly advertised.

Went to this garage for my MOT last month and for an oil change. Really awesome customer service and they did the jobs on time! The mechanics are very friendly and helpful. Was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to everyone.

I have been going to Industry Auto services for many years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Even if I haven't been for 6 months the team still remember my name and details about me. I trust them entirely to give me a good professional service. It is rare now to find a car garage that is good quality but also genuinely cares about the wellbeing of it's customers. I have been to other garages where I know that they have taken advantage of the fact that I don't know a huge amount about cars, I have never had that experience with Lee and his team. When I had a recent car crash they took care of me, reassured me and ensured that I immediately had another little car to drive away in (which is important for my job). When I got the car back it looked incredible. Thank you for what you do.
