Be careful when booking an appointment and request terms of business before you book in. Due to road closures for resurfacing the appointment booked was missed as the bus services were re-routed. The surgery duly invoiced 120.00 despite never supplying terms of business detailing all their additional charges so be warned and learn from my mistake!
