My iPad locked me out so I took it to the Meadowhall shop.Id made an appointment but was seen 10 minutes early which was great as the store was packed.A young chap asked what I was there for and with no time, hed got myipad up and running.Excellent service.
Great space to explore all Apple have to offer, and what feels like the worlds biggest TV on the back wall (Ill let you into a secret, that TV gets super warm and if youre cold its an ideal heater to stand next to!)
Nice big, spacious store, which is quite accessible for disabled people, especially those in wheelchairs, as there is more than adequate room between each of the tables.Another good thing about this Store, is that they do classes for free which can be quite helpful and useful, teaching you about how to get the most out of your purchase.I'm not a fan of Apple, but the way their retail stores are presented and how their staff are is unrivaled by another other - there are always staff around that will be more than happy to help you and advise you about the product(s).A downside about this Apple Store is that I have seen a few bent iPad Pros (new 12.9 inch) ones on display, which shows that this problem is more widespread than Apple likes to let on.
Took a iPhone 7 in for repair they claimed water damaged and refused to fit a new screen as had agreed 142 for it then rang to see if I wanted to pay another 349 for a new main board on top as claimed been water damaged. Phone been into a independent repair centre have photo proofs no water damage all white markers intact
