Received a hand tied bouquet from Katie Peckett florist recently. The bouquet arrived Friday and all the flowers were dead by Monday. No flower food was included. On arrival the bouquet looked sad and the flowers didn't look fresh and the bouquet itself was sparse of flowers like it had been thrown together with left over, going out of date, ready for the bin stock. Over the years I have received many bouquets but non as poor quality as these. I would not recommend.
Really unimpressed if I could give a 0 star I would. My friend ordered flowers for his girlfriends birthday. Which have not turned up!!!!!! Ive spent the last half an hour trying to call the shop to have no one answer. This is a complete let down and I cant express how unhappy I am. How can you run a business in this manner!
Amazing fast turnaround for a birthday present I ordered over the phone. It was for silk false flowers and they are absolutely beautiful. Staff were so helpful and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have used Katie Peckett many times for flowers in Sheffield and I have never felt less than delighted with the quality. The arrangements are superb, my Wife is always delighted, as was my Mother at Christmas. Would recommend, great customer service and top flowers!
