We used Woods thirteen years ago and following checking with a few people for recommendations, went back this year for a recent family death. We found the service then and now respectful, practical and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.
Warn against using this company - they booked the vicar and the chapel for different days, and worst of all buried the deceased in the wrong clothes. We specifically talked about burial in a plain shroud as is traditional, and instead they buried her in the clothes she died in. Offered no apologies when caught out, terrible.
