Unfortunately, the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked whether a sweeping fringe (my normal) or blunt fringe would work, and was assured that either would suit me as well as the other, and was encouraged to go for the blunt fringe with barely any time to consider. I explained that I didn't want it too short, would like to be able to push it to the side if I liked, and I mentioned that my hair is thinner towards the front, so I didn't want to end up looking bald/sparse on the sides if too much of that hair ended up being taken into the fringe. I was reassured that none of my worries applied.I've ended up with a fringe that is way too short and looks nothing like the example picture I showed. I've ended up with virtually no hair to the sides of the fringe (as all of the thin hair has been incorporated into the fringe, exactly as I worried it might), which looks awful. I can't even push the fringe to the side as promised because it's so short that it won't lie that way. I was told at the beginning that they would cut a few layers in - which I was fine with - but I've ended up with layers all over the place and feathering at the front that I never asked for, and which looks terrible on my hair. I'm absolutely gutted as it took me a long time to grow my hair and I feel like it's been absolutely ruined through a lack of proper consultation and a genuinely poor haircut that didn't take my hair type/thickness into account at all. I've had a decent haircut at this place once before so I don't know what happened this time, but it is the worst cut I've ever had and I won't be returning.

Serena is the best! She took her time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted to change about my hair! Gave me advice about what options I have to better manage my thick frizzy hair! Went for hair texturiser and really happy the results!! Shes professional and clearly very experienced!! Goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with every little detail! The atmosphere at the salon is also great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful! Truly a five star service!
Love this place! Lauren did my wedding up do and was an absolute star on the morning of my wedding! I cannot thank Lauren and Lewis enough!! I had so many compliments on my wedding hair and it lasted all day and night. There are some people that really help to make your wedding day everything you want it to be and Lauren was one of those people. I've just had the post-wedding chop and also love it, thank you! I've also had Millie cut my hair before and she's fab! Great for beauty treatments too- I don't let anyone else touch my eyebrows!
