Had a really bad experience, the toner used made my blonde hair look dark grey. Went to explain I wasnt happy and didnt recieve the customer service one would expect when paying over 120.00- Brushed off and told to give it a few weeks to wash out- went back again and another manager came across as abrupt and rude, while offering to do it again but his attitude didnt encourage confidence, so went to someone else and they did a fantastic job bringing my hair back to life, and continue to do do, paying a fraction of the price.
I went to the salon with pretty high expectations- good reviews, the staff were super friendly and you get a discount with your first trip. I was there the entire day and I was excited whilst the stylist bleached my hair. It looked really even whilst she was bleaching my hair and I was really excited for the final result. I could hear the stylists talking between themselves whilst they applied the colour though and things went bad very fast. I felt like bursting into tears when she had finished. Id spent the entire day at the salon and it was really uneven dark underneath and super bright at the top. Not only that but they didnt offer to cut and finish it. The trip cost me 120 even after the discount so I dread to think what it would have cost had she charged me full price. I was devastated with the results my hair hasnt stopped breaking off yet and Im left with uneven hair that is in awful condition. I contacted the salon to ask and at the time they offered for one of their stylist to have a look at it but I couldnt muster the will to go back there! Go at your own peril.

Always dread going to the salon b/c very rarely is my hair done the way I reaaaalllllyy want it to be done... This was the first time I have ever been 100% happy about the colour and cut. They walk you through what they are going to do and you can really feel the level of skill and expertise as they work! I went with a Advanced stylist and am so, so glad I did. Highly recommend considering Laundry if you are in Sheffield.
Cool place with great staff. Mitch been cutting my hair for last 18 months and best haircuts ever had. You wont be disappointed.
