If i could give 0 stars i would, this company is useless! does not help in any matter, i have been chasing with many phone calls and emails and do not received anything back! they have been 'looking; into my case for over 12 months now! and haven't done anything to help me! I have to use Proddow Mackay due to my insurance company using them! but if you are looking for yourself i would AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTSLiterally the worse company of any discription i have ever dealt with. They require constant chasing. They promise to call you back and dont. They fail to carry out the basic of tasks correctly. Been chasing them for months and months over a simple issue. The internet is full of bad stories by these guys. My insurance uses these guys and i have wrote to them outlining failings asking them not to use. Telling them i am keeping a record of the letter to illustrate that they have been informed in case of high profile failings. I am now looking to issue a letter before action through my solicitors to chase my own solicitors. Absolutely unbelievable!
