Today I've put an order at 3pm. First, they delivered to the wrong person. HOURS later they delivered it to me without the drinks and asked me to call on the following day to speak to the manager. Awful customer service, poor food and drivers that know nothing about their own neighbourhood. I will never order anything from this place again.
Wrong food delivered twice, pizza lacks any form of flavour, you'd be better eating cardboard box pizza came in, when delivering correct order they still messed it up and gave me someone else's food, gave up trying to get it sorted as was just told to complain to Just eat.Will never use again, there are plenty of other places that will give you better tasting food and way better customer service. Has 1 star from me as unable to leave zero.
I live in Reading but while staying with my parents in Sheffield I made a specific journey to this place as the kebabs are so much better than any in the south. As friendly staff and quick service. Would go back again and again.
The portion size is good . It is popular and fast paced, pricing is good- a family can afford a full meal from here and know what they are getting. It feeds the full cross section of the community. Most importantly the oil is changed regularly. If fast food can be called fresh then that is what it is. The staff are hard working and polite. Thank you.
