This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After numerous conversations and texts with the owner, Carlos and failed promises of a refund after 2 months I have decided to leave this review as I believe I have given Rightways removals enough time to resolve this situation. After goods being damaged and an agreement of a partial refund we are still waiting. I would advise potential customers to avoid Rightways if they want a professional and competent service.

Diabolical ! Read were really moving review to back my review up . Carlos the owner is not running a legitimate company no matter how well presented he comes across . The company is not insured for damages . He is using a fake address for his company Rightway removals 77 Worthing Road . Sheffield . The lads working for him are not careful when moving and stacking your precious furniture . Your not invited to look in the removal van after they empty it . The lost parts of our furniture and failed to return it Carlos McKenna is the leader of his establishment. He surely has a good network of friends to give fake reviews we were sucked into believing . Honestly go with a reputable removal firm with good background as there's too many Carlos McKenna's in the world . Our furniture is ruined , irreplaceable thanks to this set of plonkers not taking reasonable care and skill . He is so unhelpful after payment ! Do the use this bent hoax removal
Very good service. Would recommend all day long. Very accommodating and also very responsive to phone calls. The removal guys were very helpful and friendly. Do not hesitate to choose this company. You won't regret it but you may if you don't!!!!
Easily the best removals company i have ever used. I had to relocate from Sheffield to London and Rightway Removals provided me with an excellent service all the way through from a very courteous call back to delivering all my goods swiftly and without any damage or complications. The price was more than competitive and all the removals team were very professional. I have moved a few businesses and relocated quite a few times in the past and i cannot recommend Rightway Removals highly enough. Fantastic service all the way! :-)
