Excellent service from all the lads especially Dave and Adam who were with us for the whole move. So helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend them. High class service and reasonable prices.

Excellent service from a company who cares about its clients and makes life that little bit easier during a house move. Team of Willy, Jamie and Peter were very well prepared & equipped, clean trucks, very hard-working, polite, professional and very well organised.Nothing was too much trouble. My second house move in 3 years using this company. John Turner, who was excellent throughout, who did my survey.They are very reasonably priced and JT was upfront about what's involved and exactly what to expect.No hidden extras as you may find elsewhere! I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
Excellent service from start to finish by Specialist Movers. Initial contact with receptionist Milly and home visit from Kevin was friendly and positive. Also thank you to Carol who co ordinated our final booking.But most of all we would like to thank our two removal men Craig and Jaimie for their hard work, professionalism and politeness throughout, especially considering the high temperatures of July 2018 that the guys were working in.
I had a very unfortunate experience with this company.l was relocating from Sheffield to Cornwall and going into storage . I was told l would need no more than three containers during the quotation then l was charged for four containers of which l was unaware of until over two months later. My belongings were taken out of the containers at some point during storage and several items were damaged a rather expensive picture was water damaged and was told it was due to condensation !the other pictures stored with it were fine. The Insurance company would not payto have it rectified as the manager told the insurance company that the container was dry . I also had a badly scratched dining table, and an item did not arrive at all, the item was later found back at the depot in pieces and no one seemed to know what had happened to it. On the day of relocation the van set off to Cornwall and they didnt have my new address or phone number luckily l checked my emails. I have been almost 18 months trying to get some satisfaction the owner and manager were not helpful however the one star rating is for the actual removal men as they were very helpful. Use this company at your peril .
