Great for kids of any age. My kids quite drastically in age and they all loved it. They have chickens,goats,sheep,donkeys,pigs,rabbits,cows,guinea pigs,alpacas,and Shetland ponies. There is also an awesome park for all ages which is well equipped and a fairly priced cafe which serves a range of meals from snacks to full meals.
I came here with a friend for a day out, absolutely fantastic!! Free to enter! Parking is a little pain as carpark is small and was full so had to park down the street was a good walk up a few hills! Anyway in the park allSorts of animals! From chicks so donkeys, lamas pigs goats the lot!!Brilliant for kids and adults!! Once you have seen all to offer there is. Walking trail we walked 19k steps that day in a woodland kinda setting! Up and down slopes, the views where lovely! Really enjoyed my few hours!Picnic grounds to have lunch and a cafe which we didnt visit we purchased a good old mealDeal from supermarket on the way!
Today day out to Graves park. This is a beautiful free play for everyone. We come back just to see the animals and it's well worth a visit
Absolutely fantastic city farm. Well maintained, a great and varied selection of animals and very accessible. Love the infant rearing area with piglets, chicks and ducklings. Topped off with a coffee from the cafe and a stroll around the park. Thanks for all the hard work!
My Grandchildren absolutely love a trip to Graves Park. The Farm is wonderful and much better than many which charge an entrance fee. The play area is well planned and the sand pit is a favourite . The expanses of grass give lots of space to run and play. The valley valley is enchanting when the blue bells are out.There is ample space for all the diverse activities like dog walking, running, exercising and enjoying the wildlife. The cafe and rose gardens are a must to visit. Toilet facilities are free and clean . Parking is easy and free or there is a pay and display close to the farm. Activities planned during the year. Definitely a place to visit at any time of the year.
