Used to be lovely many years ago when the swimming pool was there but now it's no more than a run down field for motor cycle yobs to terrorise others from.... #peterhulbert
It's a nice park, visited for schools cross country, feels a short course, challenging up hill at start, last two thirds is fast, parking is ok but on surrounding roads as far as I know.
Nice quiet park ,plenty of walkways to stroll round ...quite a few dogs running about depending when you visit ...a few idiots on bikes too the gates need sorting out to stop them getting in .
Cool place for walking and bike riding. Great views.
Lovely day out in the sun, great place to walk with prams or trike, or take a picnic lots of places to relax and run around, my one year old loved it. Just missing an ice cream stand !
