I visited The Physios following a minor calf tear after taking part in some longer off road running events. I was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. I received great treatment, advice and support, tailored to events I had coming up in the weeks after my injury. I was able to work with Jenny Sharpe on a rehab and strengthening plan that allowed me to take part in the Vegas Half Marathon 6 weeks after my injury, even picking up a PB! I continued visiting following the event and worked on a further strengthening program, this helped me reach my 1000 miles target for 2018 and has left me feeling stonger while running. The Physios have a great team and, while I hope I won't need to go back for further treatment, they would be my first call if it was needed.
I rarely seek help for problems thinking time and my own good sense will find the solution. I am so glad I went to the physios, not only have my aches and pains been resolved but I feel my future health was addressed with care and concern. Logical and achievable targets should enable me to stay strong.
My husband and I, found Paul @ The Physios over 20 yrs ago, both having acute work related back problems, up until then, we tried various other therapists, but none ever came up with treatments than relieved the pain like Pauls has.We will be forever grateful, he has kept us moving and for long periods after his magic treatments , in between pain-free .The Physios is a very friendly pleasant place to visit, its a calm , relaxed environment to be, when suffering from pain, knowing youll be leaving so much better.Recently my husband mentioned about pain in his thumb and hey presto Paul gave him a magic injection that immediately took the pain away, confidently saying that other patients that have been pain free with it for years , this was very welcome to hear , after having years of numerous other treatments that never worked for very long.Keep up the the good work Paul & coMany thanks.
