Every time i post here the staff try and talk me into sending it a more expensive way! Always a line and it takes ages...
Worst experience ever, the guy is rude, he says what he wants and doesn't treat people equally
Be prepared to wait whilst the ataff have 10 minute chats to regular customers. Always takes forever just to post a parcel. Never had any problems posting items from here though.
My one positive for this place is that the staff are always friendly. Sometimes too much. They often like to have a chat with customers leaving everyone else waiting for 10 minutes.However, the service is shocking. Today I had to go back and correct an address they'd put on a parcel (worth 40) that would've been sent to the wrong address otherwise. I've had to go back to pay for envelopes in the past, that i'd told them i'd just picked up so needed to pay for.We also once got locked in the shop for more than 15 minutes while someone came and did something to the ATM.This isn't a place where you can be in and out in 5 minutes. It's a tiny post office with 4 staff members, yet even when you only have 1 thing to do and there are only 2 other people in the shop, you're stood waiting to be seen. And this isn't a one time observation. I've lived here for 4 years now and dread having to go to the post office as I know it will take me much longer than it should. As someone else has said, I may as well go into town as it will be quicker!Have found out there's another one quite close, so will likely be usinbg that one from now on!
Takes forever to do anything, even simple things, and doesn't even give you the thing you ask for. Seriously considering getting the bus into town in future because it'll be quicker and at least I'll get what I want
