Won't answer the phone. Called MANY times over an issue I have with delivery. They marked an item as delivered very early in the morning, yet the item was not delivered. Tried calling but no answer. Left just wondering if I'll get my item as it is meant to be due. Joke of a service. Royal mail always let's down.
Leave a lot of time free to collect as you'll be waiting quite a while.
Called in on Saturday afternoon, was there for about 2 minutes. Very friendly staff, can't fault this place
This is a perfect example of how the Post Office need to modernise. Amazon will deliver to a safe place at your home, or you can deliver somewhere convenient like an Amazon locker or pick up point. Anything that gets delivered by Royal mail will inevitably end up here where you have to queue for ages. No problem with the staff, but this way of delivering and collecting parcels needs to be updated now it's the 21st century!
Easy to access but there is always a lot of people collecting parcels. Friendly and helpful staff.
