From the very first welcoming telephone conversation with Abi; the valuation and fantastic photos from Linda; Mandy putting the house on the website (and negotiating us a very good price for our house); Joanne and Sue enthusiastically updating us with viewing information (and Joanne kindly helping me with solicitor's forms), and Helen very helpfully guiding us through the solicitor's process, this whole experience has felt very easy, and every member of the team have been lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this estate agents, we were using them to purchase a property which due to no fault of Haybrook didn't work out. The help and support I received from Helen was excellent, she is brill at what she does as she really cares about her clients. She did her best to help us throughout our dealings with Haybrook. She went above and beyond and always kept me updated. Buying and selling properties can be daunting but Helen always advised me well even when it wasn't necessarily her responsibility, but as my solicitor wasn't very helpful she did anyway. I would not hesitate to use them again especially Helen.
