Lizzie and the team at Spencer's were excellent from start to finish. They took the time (and many phone calls) to talk things through and worked with us through a purchase that had a number of twist and turns. We highly recommend them.

We sold our house through Spencers and could not have asked for more from them. Thoroughly competent and utterly professional. They understood our needs from the off and went above and beyond our expectations. Their pricing was very reasonable and transparent. A special mention should go to Lizzie Baker (Office Manager), who was fantastic in all of our dealings with her and who we could not recommend highly enough.

Spencers are without doubt the best agents in Sheffield. Great at sourcing houses for when we were looking to buy and very accurate when valuing ours to sell. Very helpful and good communicators backed up with strong marketing skills. I wouldnt hesitate in giving a very strong recommendation.
