so the weird noise my car was making was due to a small rock stuck somewhere. removed at no charge. good local garage.

Great personal service and as other reviewers mention, they are completely trustworthy, something you can't say about a lot of garages in this industry, especially main dealerships! There is also a great cafe close to them, Harland, if you need to wait whilst small jobs are being done.

Finding an honest garage is a difficult proposition... and each mistake can be costly. I genuinely believe that this is one of the good ones.The staff are friendly, competent and most importantly honest. You can wait while they do the work (they kindly offered me a tea/coffee) and unprompted they will show you what needs done or what they replaced. It's a small thing but by showing the faults and explaining what it means... Then showing the newly replaced parts, you can have peace of mind that the work you paid for was actually done.I would recommend this garage but feel to correct me if your experience differs from mine.
