Found Dentist appeared to be overloaded with work. Not much intraction with patients and didnt give any aftercare advice. Asian girls on reception really do need to take a course in Customer Services, come across as arrogant kept talking to each other in their language which I feel is a little bit impolite.
Very unprofessional practice, every time I have had an appointment I have had to wait at least an hour to be seen by the dentist. The dentist has to many patients booked in so your sat waiting to long. The lady dentist barely gives you a consultation and gives no advice on the best treatment to have. The receptionist is very rude in front of the patients and doesnt seem to care, never have I known a practice that runs like this, I am looking for another dentist as in this day and age its not acceptable. The dentist needs to see less patients in one day and give the patients shes got booked in a better professional service. Not a very good practice. Every time I have been someone is stood in the waiting room complaining, what does that tell you??? Better to find a dentist that cares about her practice and patients.
Thinking of changing dentist as I got there today and was told the dental nurse would be late fair enough..but the woman what said it was very rude I asked her three questions she completely blanked me ignored me very embarrassing as two other people was there and she started talking to a man Im in absolute agony I will not be coming back here with my kids either very rude! Emergency dentist it is for now until I find a decent dentist that actually like helping people.
Brilliant dentist, does everything as you ask, and always pain free. Best dentist I've ever had, and I've had a few .
Maybe I'm unlucky but in only a couple of years with this practice I have had two check ups cancelled by them - first time no letter, second time not even on headed paper and giving no contact number, and now a 2 month wait for rescheduled slot. Dentist seems fine but don't get seen as frequently as I should and admin side not great ime.
