I'm sad to write this, but I would not recommend it to anyone.................................................................
My first visit was very poor experience, we went in and out in 10 minutes 3 people, the dentist was rushing.Was expecting at least that the children will have they tooth cleaned and remove any stains or deposits on thier teeth but it didnt happen.
I have a terrible fear of a trip to the dentist due to my excessively dry mouth and sensitive teeth, but my dentist is patient, gentle and kind. I have never had a huge wait and all staff are friendly and professional. I would have given 5 stars, however, parking in the area is non-existent and makes a trip to the practice even more stressful. On my last visit, I had to walk from half a mile away; that said, I won't be changing from S3 to a more convenient surgery.
Tried to register online and after going through all the forms it gave me an error message with no explanation. I rang the practice to register and they told me it was because they were fully booked. I tried to ask if they meant for appointments (i.e. can't fit me in in the next few weeks) or the number of patients on their books and they hung up on me. Not impressed
