Once again I find the Walkley Sheffield branch has the answerphone on during opening hours!!I've called four times so far today after leaving a message earlier for a call back.So annoying... unprofessional and I'm on the verge of finding another dentist
Thought they was very friendly and don't see why this place has so many low ratings. It was slightly busy but nothing horrendously so.
The nurse my phone call got passed on too was rude and mardy simply because the dressing in my mouth fell out of the socket. Poor customer service, no need to be morbid. Is there any decent dentists around anymore?
First of all I would not recommend this place I have broken my lower partial teeth 3 times late last year they repaired them and have received them two to three days and one occasion a week later but they broke just before Christmas again so I waited until after Christmas and before New Year as there was a 2 to 3 days of them being open but I was told to come after the New Year the 3rd of January to have yet another impression done and was told by the dentist who treated me that they would be buying a new machine that repairs and makes partials or full dentures and for me to wait at least a couple of three weeks before this so-called machine arrived after waiting two and a half months I finally got the teeth but upon that day I had to return because the teeth was not delivered.And even then the teeth was so tight she had to grind some parts of the tooth and sharp parts and even uncomfortable parts of the denture several times before they could just about fitI arrived at least 10 to 15 minutes earlier than my appointment as I had another appointment shortly after and whilst sat in the dentist the reception staff of 4 women seems more interested in showing each other's car that one lady was buying around 20K via the mobile phone. The service is inadequate and diabolical I seriously would not go here again and I will be changing practice
Worst telephone assistance ever. Spent 10 mins on the phone to register with Name , surname and dob. Spent another couple of minutes to arrange a consultation but bot successful!
