I like Norfolk Park Family Dental Centre. Opposed to the stereotypical fear of dentist I enjoy my visits. Friendly, had no issues.
I went to attend a prebooked appointment and the dentist had cancelled all appointments. The receptionist barricaded herself in the building and refused to let anybody in. She also refused to make a new appointment over the intercom while she was presumably huddled under the counter, terrified at the prospect of...the public???Was unable to reschedule an appointment even though the building was occupied, despite practically begging at the door. It was like something out of a hidden camera show.Receptionist insisted she couldn't make appointments if the dentist wasn't there. So what's the point paying for a receptionist then???? A post it note could have conveyed the same information for a fraction of the cost of her wages.
