Great shopping experience
Some of the staff were helpful but a couple not helpful at all, the 1 who served me I nearly had to tell him how to do his job. My item came to shop floor quickly but the person giving stuff out was very slow and didn't look to see what had been brought up only what they'd fetched to give out, so was waiting a while
What a rude customer service. You try to return an item since you have a 30day return policy and they make you feel guilty for doing that. Never again from argos.
Ideal place for a quick shop. But would question the price on some items. Great for click and collect for items bought off eBay... Friendly and professional staff who are there to help you with your purchase.
Quick and easy to order and pay in-store, so long as you're happy using a touchscreen. That said I got the feeling that staff would be happy to help anyone who couldn't. Wasn't busy when I visited so no long wait for my item.
