Very disappointed with fluctuating of prices in argos , even on small items. Priced one up last week for a childrens camera was 39.99 ( not in the sale ) gone in to collect it well over 54 . I dont mind paying for things but if its going to change say special price for a limited time so a least people know !!!

Here is the message I sent to customer services:On friday my husband asked me to pop in to the crystal peaks store to collect something he had ordered on line (we had been to the gym so he was driving so gave me his phone). i assumed he had paid for it, so went to the express desk and was greeted by the store manager (Nigel i think). I gave him the order numer and he said "it that it" "you should have another", i looked at the phone and then turned it to him to say i couldnt see one, he said bluntly "well what does the message say" i was showing him the message but he wouldnt look, "you should have another with a letter in front of it, what does the message say" i said i only had thay number so he ushered me to the other queue. This man is vile to people every time we walk in to that store. you can clearly see his staff are scared of him. Whilst i was waiting for my product, he was talking to another member of staff and told her she needed to go on the till and he was taking Kyle off, while Kyle was serving a customer,Nigel was at the other end of the bank of tills, shouting "Kyle, Kyle and then waving his arms in the air, rightly so Kyle ignored him and continued serving. I walked off from the experience saying he was a vile vile man, i for one will not be shopping at argos again, quite how much i pend in that store i am not sure, but never ever again. He needs an intensive customer service course, or a dose of reality
The staff are mardy, unhelpful and quick to walk away as they can't be bothered to spend time with you too help. I've tryed calling them 5 times now and someone keeps picking up the phone and hanging straight up with out even thinking about putting it to there ear. I'll never use this argos again and I'll be sure too tell everyone about my visit.
Served quick. No quibble in exchanging goods. Make good use of the aircon.
